Meet Dr. Lorraine, Wellness Practitioner

Dr. Lorraine Smoots, Ph.D., is a dedicated Wellness Practitioner with a passion for promoting holistic health. Dr. Lorraine specializes in personalized wellness plans, guiding women ages 40 and over on their journey to overall well-being through mindfulness practices and positive lifestyle changes. With years of experience as a Master Resilience Trainer for the U.S. Army, Dr. Lorraine has helped countless individuals achieve greater mindfulness, reduce anxiety, and improve their self-awareness.

Dr. Lorraine provides client-centered coaching and creates tools for women 40 and over using a mindfulness-based approach. Her focus is on providing stellar client-centered services and developing products that are both effective and easy to use such as; journals, workbooks, meditation guides, and rituals which can assist in reducing stress and improving their overall well-being. Her products have been widely acclaimed and are used by individuals, schools, and organizations across the world.

Dr. Lorraine holds a B.S. in Human Resource Management, an M.A. in Professional Development, a Ph.D., in Human Services, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Wellness Counseling from Cornell University. She is a member of Sigma Gamma Rho, Sorority Inc. and Kappa Epsilon Psi, Military Sorority Inc. In her free time, she enjoys having Fun with her family and friends.
